'2 Broke Girls' is a popular American sitcom that follows the unlikely friendship of two young women living in Brooklyn, New York. Max Black (Kat Dennings) is cynical and street-smart having grown up in poverty, while Caroline Channing (Beth Behrs) is a formerly wealthy socialite who lost everything after her father's financial scandal.
Working together at the Williamsburg Diner, the duo forms a "odd couple" bond as they hustle to save $250,000 to launch their own cupcake business. Known for it's raunchy humour and rapid-fire one-liners, the series highlights their entrepreneurial journey, financial struggles and the quirky supporting cast at the diner which includes their boss Han Lee, cook Oleg and cashier Earl.
